This app is a life changer for me.  I used to spend hours and hours each week updating my personal dashboard in excel.  Now, it’s the first thing I look at when I start working.  The reports are great and are tailored to all types of users.  Some people like charts – high level reporting and some people are like I am – I’m a 35-year CPA who likes to see numbers.  The reports also drill down to the details – not sure what magic they use for that, but it works.

Even better, the developers are SUPER RESPONSIVE and work really hard to create the custom reports you want, and they tweak them until you are happy.

One thing that I thought would bother me has turned out to be not a problem.  The reports update from Clio overnight – it isn’t a continuous update, but I haven’t been bothered by that at all.

The price is very reasonable considering the amount of time it has freed up for me.  And my attorneys now can log in and run reports that are helpful to them – they don’t have to wait for me to do it.

I use my custom report to tell me daily how much my trust transfer will be – it helps me with cash flow forecasting.  I know on a day by day basis how much money I will be able to absolutely put into my operating account, and which clients are going over their current retainer.
